Enterprises always take scientific and technological innovation as the first productive force leading development, take market demand as the core, clinical demand as the guidance, patient as the center, innovation as the driving force, actively promote product research and development, widely expand domestic and foreign scientific research cooperation and development, pay attention to the introduction and training of talents, and build a scientific and efficient R & D system.

The research and development platform has more than 3500 square meters of research and development laboratories, and has more than 100 sets of instruments and equipment such as ICP-MS, GC, HPLC (2D-HPLC), ion chromatograph, circulation cell, fluidized bed, soft capsule pellet press, multifunctional liquid distribution tank, laser particle size analyzer, etc. Based on the principle of "professionalism and concentration", there are four secondary departments, namely, preparation department, analysis department, research and development QA department and comprehensive management department. graduate students account for more than 80% of the research and development personnel, with 6 professional and technical titles above subtropical high (1 in high and 5 in subtropical high), and the heads of all departments have 10 years or more of working experience. In order to meet the compliance requirements of R & D, a separate R & D quality management department has been set up, and a relatively complete quality management system for drug R & D has been established. The project operation adopts the "matrix" operation mode, and the project leader and the business department cooperate to strengthen the process management and jointly ensure the quality and progress of the project.

It has successively obtained the support of Qingdao Certified Enterprise Technology Center, Qingdao Uygur Mine Drug Manufacturing Technology Innovation Center and other platforms, relying on the three major technology platforms of "micro-complex multi-component Uygur mine preparations, intelligent manufacturing of soft capsules, and children's oral liquid preparations", around the enterprise strategy of "bone nutrition experts", more than 20 research projects are currently under research, and good cooperative relations have been established with domestic and foreign universities and scientific research institutes, carry out multi-channel and multi-form scientific research to provide technical support for the sustainable development of enterprises.
